This project is a set of (4) townhomes built on a lot size that is 7,500 SF in the Museum District. To maximize the available land, we did (2) units per building as a duplex with a 12” thick masonry common wall to deal with noise transmission and to serve as the firewall. Being an investment property for leasing purposes we used low maintenance materials.
